HOLD MY HAND

Hold My Hand is a new song cycle with narration about writer/composer Patrick's relationship with Dementia. This very personal project explores stories surrounding this disease with tenderness, humour and honesty through Patrick's own tales and original popular songs.

Hold My Hand is currently in the development phase with the first draft including 10 songs.
